Refund policy

Due to the professional and hygienic nature of the products we sell, all sales of opened or used products are final.

Unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.  Please contact us before returning any item.  Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Permanent Makeup pigments, opened products, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
